Open Door Mission (ODM) is a 501c3 faith based Christian Rescue Mission located in the heart of downtown Rochester. We are looking for skilled individuals who wish to be a part of an interdisciplinary team of administration, food service, facilities, case management and direct support.

Qualified individuals who are looking for a richer meaning to the work they perform. The right candidate will meet our qualifications for employment – outlined in the job descriptions – and are in agreement with our Statement of Faith. Our Statement of Faith is provided under About Us (link to About Us) on our website, and provided in our application packet.

We understand the work we do can be physically and emotionally draining. In return for working with us, our employees receive EAP services, voluntary insurance policies, and a free meal. Our full time employees have the added benefit package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long term disability.
