We have almost 60 caring professionals uniquely equipped to provide individuals and families with the highest quality of a broad range of counseling services.

At CCC, San Jose, we are passionate about training future therapists in developing solid clinical and practice building skills. For those who want to be part of a community of professionals continuing to learn and grow while providing therapeutic service for people seeking help, Christian Counseling Center, San Jose offers Trainee and Associate positions. For students in a graduate program in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or LLPC. we offer Trainee positions that help earn those clinical hours the degree requires. For post-graduates, or those who are working toward a Psy. D., we offer Associate positions for continued training hours toward licensure.

Trainees at CCC, San Jose agree to see 5 clients per week, attend a 2 hour group supervision, and a 1 hour staff meeting weekly. This program provides required hours toward graduation and licensing.

Associates at CCC, San Jose agree to see 10 clients per week, attend a 2 hour supervision, and a 1 hour staff meeting weekly. The Associate position is a paid position while hours for licensure are obtained. For those earning their Doctorate in Psychology, we have Licensed Psychologist for supervision hours.

CCC, San Jose is a non-profit and a private practice model. We have 35 licensed therapists associated with us who offer great support for growing therapists. Currently, we have 3 supervision groups and 1 overflow group.
