JDM is seeking mature and wise Christians who know God’s Word, have faith and good judgment, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for ministry and business minded people who are detail conscious. It is important that our staff maintain a clear understanding of the vision of Jesse Duplantis Ministries; therefore, all staff members are required to Partner with this ministry and be a member of Covenant Church. In addition, all staff members are expected to set godly examples with regular church attendance.
