The Ministry Employment Network was founded in 1991 by Michael Harp as a confidential service to ministers and interested congregations of the Christian Churches/Churches of Christ. Thanks to the faithful groundwork begun by Michael, CrossLink was able to bring this ministry to the Internet starting in 1998.
Today the Ministry Employment Network uses the latest technologies (permissions based postings, social media, and a traditional job board) to communicate open positions and available ministers.
