Hoffman Homes for Youth

Hoffman Homes for Youth (HHY) is a collective group of 200 employees dedicated to helping children and adolescents live fulfilling lives while they learn to cope and function with the symptoms of their mental health diagnosis. Now, more than ever, young people are struggling with emotions of depression, anxiety, anger, and despair. Your skills and knowledge are key to their success. More importantly, they seek your time, attention, patience, support and understanding. We want our youth to know that they are not in this alone. Our staff are mentors, role models, caregivers and listeners. Working at HHY allows you to make a positive impact on a child’s life that they will not forget. You have the opportunity to make a difference.
