SHARE Education Services exists to equip, encourage, and empower global working families by supporting the educational needs of their children. Our team of dedicated consultants—most of whom are experienced educators or have lived internationally themselves—comes alongside families to provide assessments, consultations, resources, and conferences that strengthen their ability to make informed educational choices.

Educational Consultants – Provide academic assessments, learning support, and personalized guidance to families.

Conference Staff – Help plan and run family education conferences across Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

Logistics – handles the behind-the-scenes details that make conferences run smoothly, including transportation, housing, meals, registration, and on-site setup.

Administrative & Communications Roles – Support SHARE’s daily operations, digital tools, and outreach efforts.

Technology & Testing Support – Assist with MAP Growth testing and virtual learning environments.

Children’s Team Leader – If you’re a passionate educator with a heart for cross-cultural ministry, the Children’s Team Leader role at SHARE offers a flexible, volunteer opportunity to lead biblically integrated children’s programs at global family conferences. This position is ideal for someone with teaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a desire to mentor others while serving an international community.

Most positions are full or part-time and support-based, ideal for those looking to integrate ministry in an international context.
